New Year's Handprint Craft

This activity is very fitting for January's theme of resolutions and goals and is absolutely adorable because it incorporates your mini macaroni's handprint! Happy creating!

Handprint Resolution Craft

What you need:
-Construction paper, 4 pieces
-Scissors
-Glue
-Glitter glue or marker
-Adhesive magnet (optional)

Steps:
1. Parent trace the outline of both your hands, then cut handprints out.
2. Trace child's outline of hands and cut out.
3. Cut out small heart shape.
4. Glue parent handprints in a V shape (thumb to thumb).
5. Glue child's handprints in V shape (thumb to thumb).
6. If you're making a magnet, remove sticker and place in the center of the back of parent handprints.
7. Glue child's handprints onto parent handprints.
8. Glue heart at the bottom of handprints.
9. Write parent and child's resolutions/goals/hopes along child's fingers on the cutout. 
10. Write with glitter glue or marker 2020.
