Here are some parent/child exercise opportunities in the Springfield area because we know how hard it is to keep active around a busy schedule full of snacks, naps, play dates and school! 

1. Hike it Baby Pioneer Valley: A parents group focused on getting families outside and active as quickly as possible. 3. Heartsong Yoga: Family Yoga First and Third Sunday every month, 11:00 am and only $5 per person! 

4. Springfield Jewish Community Center: American Red Cross Swim Lessons! Swimming is a great form of exercise, and the JCC offers programs to get you and your children acquainted with the water. Click here for all the details! 

5. Ice Skating: Going ice skating at CYR and Smead arenas are both great spots to get a workout in with your child!
