To enter, all you have to do is FILL OUT THIS FORM between Tuesday December 8th, 2020 at 9:00 AM and Friday December 11, 2020, at 12 Noon EST. WINNER will be selected from all eligible entries after 12 Noon EST on on December 11, 2020.
The winner will be notified by email and will have 24 hours to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be chosen. You MUST be a subscriber to Macaroni Kid Springfield sponsoring this giveaway, have a Massachusetts mailing address, and be 18 or older to enter.
