Sign your child up for the Macaroni Kid Springfield Birthday Club! Every month, we will give a special shout out to all of our birthday club kids in an article in our newsletter and on our Facebook Page. Don't worry, we will only share their first name and last initial.
You can sign up anytime and your child will receive a birthday card that will be mailed to them during their child's birthday month.
There will be a special gift in every envelope!
For 2021 we are looking for sponsors for our Birthday Club. If you know of a local business that your family (and your kids!) love - let us know! It would be great to have them support our Birthday Club in 2021. Email Emily at sarahr@macaronikid.com
The Birthday Club is for children 12 years of age and under. You must fill out a separate form for each child. You must be subscribed to Macaroni Kid Springfield's free newsletter to be a member. If you're not a subscriber, you will be added to the email list and we NEVER sell your information.
One card per child. Mailing addresses must be local to our coverage area and be in one of these cities or towns: Springfield, Wilbraham, East Longmeadow and Longmeadow. Promotions subject to change.
