Are you looking for a fun, interactive and educational program for your kids this summer? Think about Tinkergarten!
I took my kids (ages 2, 3.5) to a free Tinkergarten tryout last week at Forest Park. They all had a blast! With their guide Ms. Muryah, they walked around picking up flowers, twigs, seeds and more to make "nature soup". We all got some time outdoors, fresh air and sunshine. And best of all, my children were able to socialize with other kids while learning about nature!
This upcoming Wednesday, June 15th, Tinkergarten will host a free welcome summer event. Come out to Forest Park (Cyr Arena) and join us as we make flower crowns and learn about our natural world.
For more information on Tinkergarten, click here. The Springfield classes meet twice a week (Wednesday and Fridays at 11:00AM-12:00PM) at Forest Park. The entire season costs $219, with 25% for every additional sibling. The season runs June 24th - July 22nd.
