Spring Break Events!

Keep your kids engaged, having fun - and off screens!

Looking forward to spending extra time with your little ones during spring break? Check out our guide for fun activities! 

Monday, April 17th is Patriots Day, so be sure to double check that your favorite spots are open! All libraries will be closed.


Bounce Springfield - Wingman Wednesdays are our favorite! Buy one, get one free. This special usually starts at 3PM - but during spring break, you can get in to jump starting at 11AM! Get ALL their energy out.


Creative Explorers - Sensory SpOT and Meraki Children's Center are offering a wonderful opportunity for kids aged 5-12. Kids will participate in activities ranging from art to emotional and behavioral self-regulation. Check out their early bird pricing before the deadline of 03/31/23. 


East Longmeadow Library - Crafts, play groups and pizza!


Forest Park - The Forest Park Zoo opens on April 1st! Enjoy the park, playgrounds, zoo, ponds and concession stand. $3 entry to the park.


Hampden Library - Playgroups, story time and music with Renee Coro! 


Hubbard Memorial Library (Ludlow) - Playgroups, story time, sing with me and more! There are also a wide range of toys and craft projects available in the children's section.


Interskate 91 - Check out their daily offerings! Save on admission prices. Romp 'n' Roll is on Tuesday mornings - admission price includes skates, playquest AND a snack! Parents get a free cup of coffee with admission price. This is for kids aged 6 and under.


Lupa Zoo - The zoo reopens for the season on April 11th. The zoo will be open on Monday, April 17th. Enjoy seeing the animals and get their energy out in the sound garden and playgrounds! 


Massachusetts State Parks - Get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful spring weather! Most parks don't begin to charge entry until after Memorial Day, so you can get in free.


Springfield Museums - Will be open daily! (Not closed on Monday). There will be extra activities that include STEM and arts & crafts.


Springfield Library - Playgroups, Wildlife on Wheels, Spring Fling, story time, circle time fun - and more! Events for kids of all ages.


Storrs Library - Melty Beads, Tot Time, Slime Time, book club and more!


The Depot at Graham Central Station - Serving up delicious food and treats all week long. Check out their new playground area! To close out spring break week, Macaroni Kid Springfield is hosting a "Sweet Treat" event! Train rides will be discounted to $2 from 1PM-3PM
