The First Springfield Seventh-Day Adventist Church is hosting a free community event on Sunday, October 1st called "Mom Recharge." Details below.

A delicious and nutritious brunch will be served. The menu includes blueberry corn muffins, quiche, fresh fruits and juice. There will be time for fellowship and socializing. There will also be a special presentation by nutritionist Michelle Anderson. She will speak on the ideal diet for energy, focus and hormone function.
As a mom of three, I frequently catch myself searching online for ways to boost my energy and mental clarity. Michelle Anderson is an excellent resource for learning how to care for ourselves from the inside out.
