A comprehensive list of Springfield area summer camps!

413 ATC 2023 Summer Softball Clinic - All-Skills Clinic sessions run June 26th-July 20th. $125for residents, $135 for non-residents (per week).


Academy Hill Summer Programs


ART-Ventures - This program is for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade. The program runs two one-week sessions starting July 10th and ending August 11th (9AM-12PM). Cost: $203 / week for residents, $213 / week for non-residents.


Boys & Girls Club Springfield - open gym, basketball, game room and swimming pool! Enroll youth ages 6-12. Monday-Friday for $120 / week. Call (413) 732-7201 for more information.


Boy Scouts of America - Boy Scouts adheres to specific objectives, commonly referred to as the “Aims of Scouting,” which are character development, leadership development, citizenship training, and personal fitness.


Camp Atwater - Boys' Season is from July 2nd - July 15th. Girls' Season starts July 16th and ends July 29th. Each 2 week session costs $3,200. Camp Atwater is located close to Springfield in North Brookfield.


Camp Massasoit - There are four session day camps available. The first session begins June 26th and the last session ends August 18th. Each session is approximately 10 days long. Rates are $500 per session. This camp is for children aged 5-13 years old. 


Camp Wilder Adventure Camps - Camp begins July 3rd and ends August 4th. There are 5 one-week sessions available. Each session costs $300 ($250 for Springfield residents). A free bag lunch is offered to all campers! 


Circuit Labs Summer Camp - Calling all inventors and future engineers! This camp is for kids 4th-7th grades. There are two one-week sessions starting June 26th. 


Community Leaders United by Overcoming Hardships (CLUBOH!) - CLUBOH INC. supports youth to overcome adversity through mentorship, workforce development, and positive redirection. Through a holistic, trauma-informed approach, CLUBOH INC. provides learning opportunities for skills development and career preparation. Grades 6-12. M-F 12PM-5PM.


Falcon Football Clinic - This 2-day clinic is June 19th-20th, 9AM-12M. The cost is $100 for residents. $110 for non-residents.


Forest Park Zoo Camp - This day camp is offered to campers aged 6-13 years old. Camp runs 9AM-4PM week days. There are nine one-week sessions avaible starting June 19th and ending August 18th. Each one-week session costs $300 for non-members and $275 for members.


Fun City Summer Day Program (YMCA) - This day camp is for kids aged 6-12 years old. The facility includes classrooms, indoor and outdoor play spaces. 


Higher Expectations - Students learn the necessity of athletic training, nutrition, and academic success through highly skilled training and the opportunity to gather in a safe and structured environment. Grades 6-8. Sessions run July 1st-August 5th. M,W,F 12PM-5PM.


Interskate 91 Youth Camp - This day camp is for kids aged 6-12 years old and runs from June-August. There are nine one-week sessions available. Camp is from 8AM-5PM and costs $165 per week. Fitness, games, arts & crafts, field trips, movies, indoor playground, laser tag and most of all: LOTS OF ROLLER SKATING!!


JCC Summer Camp - Camp will run June 26th-August 18th. Check the website for up-to-date information.


Mass Audubon - Mass Audubon’s new Springfield Nature Camp focuses on knowledge of the natural world, comfort outdoors, commitment to caring for nature, and positive social experiences via peer and mentor relationships. Grades 6-8. M-F 8AM-5PM. July 5th-August 5th.


Meraki Children's Center - Check the website for up-to-date information on summer classes and programs.


Pine Knoll Summer Camp (East Longmeadow) - $150 / week. Ideal for kids in grades K-7th grade. M-F.


Pioneer Valley Montessori School 


Pioneer Valley Rowing & Boating - Youth SAFARI runs three 2-week sessions beginning June 19th and ending July 28th. This is for kids aged 12 and up. Each session costs $275. 


Playful Minds Summer Camp


Pyramid Soccer Club - $195 per week at Mary Lynch Elementary School. 9AM-3PM, July 10th - August 8th. Sign up before spots fill up!


Ryan Martin Foundation Camp - There is NO charge for disabled youths aged 10-19 years old to attend camp! Camp runs from 9AM-4PM daily. Lunch is provided.

Shooting Star Dance Center


South End Community Center - The Summer Activities Program offers curriculum and literacy coaches to help with the learning loss experienced during the summer months and to enhance overall development. A daily curriculum concentrated on literacy is a part of the program. Daily activities test the retention of the ideas learned throughout the week and the program includes weekly field trips and physical exercise. M-F 8AM-5PM. $100 per week, per child. June 26th-August 18th.


Springfield Ballers - Springfield Ballers teach and train young people in the fundamentals of basketball, lacrosse and golf. Ballers offer sports opportunities while promoting academic, health, wellness and nutrition to develop a complete student athlete. Grades 6-8. Sessions run July 5th-August 5th. T, Th 12PM-5PM.

Square One - Summer hours are from 7:30AM-5:30PM. 


Stony Brook Acres Camp - This day camp is for kids aged 6-12 years old. 


Strong Young Minds - This program improves youth self-esteem and leadership skills, problem-solving, self-care, self-love, and financial literacy. Grades 6-12. M-F 8AM-5PM.


Summer in the City (New North Citizens Council) - Students enroll in the Summer In The City program to strengthen peer and adult relationships, improve or maintain grades, participate in community service and receive mentoring by staff. Grades 6-12. July 11th-August 19th.


The Center After School Program - The Center provides learning opportunities for children and parents that foster strength development in the area of education, health, nutrition, special needs, socialization and diversity. Grades 6-9. M-F 8AM-5PM.


Travis Best Foundation - The Travis Best Foundation utilizes sports, music and the visual arts to teach life lessons in sportsmanship and beauty to Springfield students. Grades 6-12. M-F 8AM-3PM. July 5th- August 5th.


Wilbraham Parks & Rec Summer Programs - A variety of day camp and sports clinic options for kids of all ages! Non-residents welcome!
